More than 10 years’ experience as a QC Inspector in Oil and Gas construction such as: Buoys, Pressure Vessel, Wellhead Platforms, Processing Centre Platforms, LNG Processing Modules, electrical modules, FPSO Modules, Manifolds, Exchangers and Pig Launchers. Certified and qualified as Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 and Coating Inspector (CCIPP). Good knowledge and experience in welding inspection, welding technology, metallurgical welding, heat installation, WQT, PQR, WPS. Destructive testing, site acceptance test / factory acceptance test (such as hydrotest, pneumatic, leak test), preparation & implementation of quality procedures. Familiar with code and standards (ASTM, API, AWS, ASME, ISO). If the pipes in the project use insulation, then I also check the insulation based on approved drawings, procedures and specification

Duties & Responsibilities: Review ITP (Inspection Test Plan) Understand implementation of Drawing (Description, PWHT) Make sure material as follows the SPECT / WPS. Make sure the qualification welder is in place and keeps update. Make sure procedure qualification (WPS) is in place and keeps update. Periodically check electrode / flux oven calibration record at electrodes. Fit-up inspection (Root gap, face, alignment, bevel angle, include angle, material) Ensure ring Pre-Heat Temperature base on the WPS. Ensure tacking and welding carried out following with WPS. Ensuring that PWHT and, Hardness Test follow with spec. Line check (Reinstatement) Witness Hydrotest Monitoring repaired activities. Follow up daily NDT result from subcontractor's prior release toothier section. Prepare daily activities reports. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as Supervise and Respective of Inspection Activities (Client and Third Party) Release Blasting and Painting.
